Mathangi filed complaint against Byjus on Jun 16, 2022
Some months back, I received a call from byjus for online classes for **th and **th JEE. It is to be noted that I am already a subscriber of their regular offline app. They told me that these online classes would be held over zoom and I will get to speak to mentor just like school online classes.
But,
*) it was not a meeting like online class, it was streaming of pre-recorded videos
*) initially their product delivery wa messed up. I was enrolled in an already ongoing batch. They took so many days to resolve issue
*) when I told them to remove biology videos and add me in a only pcm batch they never responded
*) They have provided a live chat to clarify our doubts. Eventhough I I raised my issues of inconvenience regarding clarifying doubts via live chat they did not help me
*) I was supposed to have a unique personal mentor for myself but everytime I call a new person picks up. How many times can I explain my problems to each and every one of them?
*) I requested for some sort of replacement again no response
*)Nowadays mentors almost never pickup
