Nikhil Raj filed complaint against Oyo on May 3, 2019
I recently stayed at one of OYO in Muzaffarpur, Bihar for which I booked and paid in advance (Classic Room + breakfast). But as I entered the reception area, he told me that he can't provide AC & breakfast for this booking. Later on, I called OYO customer support and one of the guys told me he would speak to the hotel and resolve my issue in some time. I held the phone for more than ** mins but no one responded or resolved my issue.
Then I had to check-in a non-AC room and also need to pay Rs ** extra for the breakfast. But just after check-in, I found the room was completely dirty, taps in the bathroom were broken and power was also cut down after half an hour of check-in. Since I was very tired, I somehow took a bath, had my breakfast and then checked out within * hours. This was pathetic and disaster experience and I tried to reach out to OYO multiple times via phone/mail but even after * days, I can't get any resolution. Seems the company has a disaster policy and cheat people all around.
