As I have A **s and its just * month after guarantee and it screen get stucked at A**s cover screen and got it checked to samsung care ferozepur punjab and they told me it motherboard problem how the motherboard of phone get damaged as it is not opened and not even scratched once .and when I asked them reason then they told me is technical if it would be under guarantee but its not my fault as samsung care must repair it free it is tethered brand mangnifacturing fault that there motherboard had this life only plz get my phone repair free
