The hanger position got cracked and reliance digital unable to prove it, it is due to physical damage and moreover I am ready to pay amount for replacement then also they are not willing to give me assurance of the plastic back durability.
So I think the product does not certify good manufacturing level and want all money refund from reliance digital.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
