I have a small issue with the water filter because of which the filter is unusable for more than *days. I had raised a complaint *days ago and so far no one has even tried to call me or reach me. Their IVR also does not work properly, there is no message of registered complaint as well.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
