Hathway Broad band - Amount not refunded

I had an existing hathway connection in Bangalore. I relocated to a different part of Bangalore, and I raised a request for relocation. Just before relocating I did a recharge of **** for * months. After Some days they closed my request saying relocation cannot be processed as the area is not within the coverage area, where as my new neighbor was already using Hathway. They closed my connection and also collected the modem from me. I have hardly used the data for * days, where as I paid for * months. Atleast I should get partial refund If not full amount. Because I have not even used *% of the total data. Also Within ** days of doing recharge they closed the account. I am able to get a new connection in the same area. These guys are doing fraud . They just want to loot people.
