Via booking ID NL************ and after making payment of Rs. *,**,***/-, me and my wife were scheduled to travel to Thailand for our honeymoon. But due to medical emergency (see attached documents) condition of my wife and after the doctor's advice, we were advised not to travel for ** weeks. Therefore, my brother-in-law on my behalf as i was busy in my wife's treatment requested MMT to cancel the trip and refund us the amount. It was quite shocking to hear from MMT that no amount will be refunded even in case of medical emergency. With no option left, we requested to postpone our honeymoon date on **th May, ****. My new Booking ID is NL************ and it was asked to make the payment of around Rs. **,***/- . I have already made further payment of Rs. **,***/- in addition to the earlier package cost. In the name of compulsion, make my trip is looting my hard earned money. Now, after several requests I don't know where and how much to pay the rest amount. And in the mail i received from MMT, nothing about payment is clear.
