Planetspark - Amount not refunded by planetspark

I had enroll my kid for planetspark. After counselling session with Abhishek he forced me to pay online *k which I paid online via phonepay. Later I realized that it's seems fraud and I asked for the refund but he did not answer to it. I want my refund. Kindly help.
