Saleh Noordeen filed complaint against Byjus on Aug 2, 2022
On **-June-****, an Executive From Byjus named Sarvesh (+** **********) had visited me and trapped us into their trial product for kids learning program. They had clearly told us that we can try the product for ** days trial period and if not suiting we can easily cancel it.
I found its not fitting/suiting my kids for many reasons and within the first ** days only I sent update to Support and Cancellation team for cancelling the product and STOP the Loan.
Its been more than a month I keep calling their Support, email their Support and Cancellation team and very very rarely they respond to me back.
Now, their Loaner "Incred" keeps sending message/calls to me asking to maintain balance in my account for their first debit from my account on *th August ****.
When the Loaner called me I clearly told them, I have already initiated the cancellation process and Byjus is unnecessarily delaying it and they said they haven't got any confirmation from Byjus.
From *th Aug for a few months, the Loaner will auto deduct ***** rupees for ** months and take ****** amount from me.
Please help me file a case against such a fraud company and their executives for such false promises and trapping Customers.
There is no way except calling their Support number and its of no use. They will simply say they will update their cancellation team, but after that nothing much happens. I have spent enough energy on this.
Please help sue them for their trap against customers.
