Goibbo - Amount got deducted but not received any booking confirmation information

This is to inform you that I was trying to book Air Asia flight (BLR-BBI) around * pm on **th feb.payment is done through Google pay , amount ****/- is deducted from my bank account but booking is not confirmed..I have not received any booking confirmation.I checked with the respective bank account customer care,they confirmed that the amount has been successfully credited to goibibo account.
Kindly look into the matter and please process refund as soon as possible.
