I tried to book a BLR to CCU flight at MMT at **/**/****. At the payment step the total fare amount is debited from my Acc but no ticket or booking ID was issued. I got only a message from MMT saying “the order #NF****** is awaited “ and a payment reference number. That’s it no flight tickets was emailed. The total amount was ₹*****. I tried a several way to contact MMT but failed. I emailed at “service@makemytrip.com” and “ servicesupport@makemytrip.com” but none replied.
