Placed an order after duty to have something to eat.. immediately after placing the order saw that it was showing long waiting / delivery time so cancelled the order with in * minutes mentioning the same reason and made a fresh order from another restaurant from same app at same time.... But the amount which was deducted for the first order was not refunded back ..I tried to approach them but they have no grivenace redressal system in place ..and no response from their side .so it's unfair trade practices from their side and they are just making us fool..
