My name is Anil Namdev Sonawane. I want to register a complaint against Amazon India, regarding their 'AMAZON PAY BALANCE' (E-WALLET).
On (*th of October ****) I had ordered a [TP-LINK AC*** Dual Band Wireless Cable Router (Archer C**)]
ORIGINAL ORDER: M**-******-*******, ORIGINAL INVOICE: BOV-*-*******) for [Rupees: *,***] with a (***) RUPEES discount offered by seller up-front, at the final price of Rupees [*,***] THROUGH AMAZON PAY (WALLET).
But due to quality issues with the router, I opted for a return/ refund order on 'Amazon.in website', but the return option wasn't, available, so I called the [Amazon customer service] the Amazon executive officer told that "Electronic items" can't be returned at first go, you can go for a replacement first, if you're still not satisfied by the replacement order you can opt for return/ refund than". So I went for the replacement first, & the details are as follows; [Order Number: ***-*******-*******/ INVOICE NO: BOM* *******/ INVOICE DETAILS: MH-BOM*-****-****/ INVOICE DATE: (**.**.****)] And then I went for a return/ refund order. The return was arranged as expected by Amazon.IN, and I received my refund (Rupees: *,***) on (**th October ****) at around [**:** PM] from Amazon in my 'Amazon Pay Balance Wallet Phone No: **********.'
It was refecting in my amazon pay balance. But on (**th of October ****) when I checked my Amazon Pay Balance at first, the balance was showing, but after some time it showed 'Amazon Pay Balance (MONEY) my *,***/- Rupees wasn't showing in my wallet. It was Temporarily Disabled, contact customer care, so I did contact them they said that there was no such order made, and even my Amazon App wasn't showing any past orders, I'm an Amazon customer since ****.
As proof, I have enclosed the bill/ receipt of an order placed for 'FACE MASK', on [**/**/****] ORDER NO: ***-*******-*******/ INVOICE NO: Retail*****] as I'm unable to view the order made by me before (**/**/****)
I have made more than **-** orders on Amazon.in, I was completely shocked, my account was fresh as new no transactions or past orders reflected in App. So I emailed- them regarding this but I didn't receive any resolution or update on it. I'm really disgusted by Amazon Pay, and I'm looking for a resolution: I want them to realize my wallet has Rupees: *,***/- which is the refund of my last order as I described before.
I had also ordered [MERCUSYS GIGABIT ROUTER] for better performance [Rs. *,***] through [Amazon Pay Balance/ UPI: **********@yapl] date:**th October ****/ **:** PM) against which I got (**.*) rupees cashback.
I also made an order on (**th October ****) Amazon.in [Order Number:***-*******-*******]
Order Total= *,***/- For [AMAZON FIRE TV STICK STICK with Alexa Voice assistance *K] for which I opted for a return, as I was no longer needed it, and on (**st October ****, I got a refund of rupees *,***) in my bank account while the remaining (*** rupees) was credited/ as cashback to my Amazon Pay Balance wallet, which is only showing in my Wallet, but the remaining [*,*** REFUND & **.* CASHBACK] is still not showing up in my Amazon Pay Balance Wallet.
SO, I should have a total of Rupees: [*,*** (REFUND) + **.* (CASHBACK BALANCE) + *** (CASHBACK BALANCE)= *,***.*] as the final balance in my Amazon Pay Wallet. But it shows only *** rupees balance, remaining
MISSING [*,*** + **.*= *,***.*] Is not showing, please arrange a refund of rupees "*,***.*" in my bank account.
I contacted them, but they didn't respond. I no longer trust their AMAZON PAY BALANCE WALLET. Thus, I want them to arrange a refund and transfer my Amazon Pay Balance of Rs. *,*** money to BANK ACCOUNT.
I have attached screenshots of the required proof and is true, & genuine in that regard. I want resolution for the financial loss and mental agony. I desperately request, and plea this 'VOXAY Consumer Forum' to seek justice and my money back in the below bank account.
