Placed an order in amazon.in for the dinner set for * day delivery, it was not delivered since then not able to cancel the order nor getting refund...no proactive follow up from Amazon regarding the order status or cancellation. Contacted customer service multiple times, every time new person picks up the call and asks to wait for another * days to see if order is shipped or not and then only they will cancel , there's a system glitch. Every time after escalation I was told falsely they are placing cancellation for this but nothing happened so far. It is so frustrating how Amazon is behaving...no help provided. Please help cancel the order and provide my refund !!!
