Myself Karabi Dutta. I ordered a product from Amazon on May *, **** amounting rs. ***. When I received the product on May *, **** I saw that the product was not the same that I ordered. The product that I got was totally different product, was used by someone, Price-tagless and was in very bad condition. Immediately, I initiated a return and the same was picked up by Amazon delivery boy next day on May *, ****. It is almost * month but I have not got my refund. I talked to the Amazon customer service more than ** times but every time they tell me that you will get the refund in the next * days. But still now I did not receive my refund. Please help me get my money.
