I have placed the below orders in Amazon.in. They were not delivered but the order status says delivered. when i raised with customer care. they have taken ** days for buffer time and investigation and finally says order delivered to you and nothing can be done.do what ever you want to do. My Apartment is CCTV covered and we could not find any delivery person entering the residential apartment. How can i get my money or item back?
