Hi,
I returned a product purchased on ajio app and returned the product because the quality was not as expected.
My refund not received.

Refund has been initiated on Thursday, ** October. Since I didn't receive the refund after waiting for more than * business days, on contacting the customer care section i was asked to send an email with bank statement from the registered mail id. Even after sending the bank statement several times through email no resolution yet. They are sharing a reference id which is of no use. No amount is credited in my account as refund. I'm receiving the same response again and again to share the bank statement even after sending it many times. It's been ** days since they initiated refund. No refund yet
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
