Ajio - AJIO Order Not Delivered Complaint Unresolved Money Stuck

I placed an order for a gold vedhni on AJIO on ** December **** (Order ID: FN**********), with a promised delivery date of * January ****. However, even by the delivery date, the order was not packed. I raised a complaint with AJIO on * January **** (Complaint ID: COM***********), which was promised to be resolved by ** January ****. Since then, I have followed up multiple times via the AJIO app, email, calls, and social media. Customer care calls are not answered and I am kept on hold for hours, and chat support does not respond beyond generic messages. Every time, I am told the team needs more time and that they will “get back,” but no resolution has been provided. Around * days ago, I was explicitly promised over email that the issue would be resolved and a delivery date shared within * business days, which did not happen. Even as of today, I am receiving the same generic responses. The app does not allow me to raise a new complaint as it shows the issue as already raised. I have already paid my credit card bill for this order, my money is stuck, and neither delivery nor refund has been initiated. Despite repeated assurances over the last **+ days, AJIO has failed to resolve the issue, causing financial loss, mental stress, and harassment.
