GoAir Airlines - Airlines not ready to refund the money
Sushi Kumar Kejriwal filed complaint against GoAir Airlines on May 6, 2020
I hd booked flight tickets from Delhi to Patna for the travel date ** April ** which was cancelled due to the nation wide lockdown. So when I contacted the Airlines they told that they are providing a credit shell which can be used for rescheduling till ** Feb ** which is a clear violation of May **** Act.. According to that act credit shell should be provided only when the passenger is willing but should not be carried by default by the airlines... I want money back in the original mode of payment only not the credit shell.I tried to contact them regarding this several times but no response at all....
The tickets were booked for the passengers as follows
