On **th June ****, Easemytrip has confirmed over mail that they have successfully processed refund of Rs. ****. Confirmation ID - EMT********. On *nd July Indigo airline confirmed me that they also processed full refund to booking portal. But even after ** days from those confirmation, Easemytrip didn't give me any amount as refund. I contacted * times to them but they only provide a copy paste answer all time that have forwarded my query to concerned authorities. But so called concerned authority didn't come back to me or they don't refund my money till date.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
