I am writing to you all with immense hope for a resolution to my case and I would be really grateful if you could help.
I was planned to travel to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia on the **th March **** – and return on **th March on an Umrah Visa. However, due to the widespread of Corona Virus the Saudi Arabian government had suspended/banned all travel to Saudi Arabia on an Umrah Visa from the month of February ****. Hence, I had no option and had to let go of the travel to the Saudi Arabia.
However, now it’s been *** days since my travel date but my refund has yet not been issued to me. I would request Saudia to intervene and help in issuing us a full refund in this unavoidable circumstance for my flight tickets or atleast advise us on what options do we have. I had called the Saudi Airlines Mumbai office in the month of February **** and the gentlemen had assured me it would be a full refund but nothing has been done since then
