Sub – Corona Virus Covid ** Out Break in Thailand

Sir/Madam

Please be informed, I have booked air tickets for Thailand with Cleartrip for my Family.
From **th March (Departure) to ** March (Returning) ****.

But due to Corona Virus outbreak in Thailand we all have set our mind not to visit Thailand this time, As it is too risky to put our life in danger and want a full refund for it from Cleartrip.
However, Cleartrip has denied this full Refund on cancellation stating that their flights are operating normally so we cannot refund in full.

I have told them and emailed too that WHO(World Health Organization) and Indian Government stated in advisory, Avoid traveling to China, Thailand, Singapore and Italy.
Now the situation of these countries are out of control and it became a worldwide emergency. Everyone is scared going to China, Thailand, Singapore and Italy.

Now, I really wanted to put this into your notice so that necessary steps to be taken against Clear Trip and I can get a full refund.
