I requested for AC service with Urban Company on **-March. Their service person told the boards got damaged during service and taken away for fixing that repair. But he didn't return it after * month, when I tried to file a complaint with police that service person returned couple of boards and said that he cannot fix the repair and asked me to buy a new AC, and left saying I have to contact Urban Company for any further solutions.
But Urban Company is not responding to any of my communications, it has crossed more than * months, still I am not getting solution neither compensation from Urban Company.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
