I book my travel air ticket through Budget Air on **.**.**** as per below

We have received the e-tkt for journey * but the tkt for Journey * is still pending, where the amount already been deducted from my a/c.
Requested you to please help to get my E-Tkt or Refund my amount without any further delay.
