**th of November **** I have booked a hotel BORGOS in kaziranga national park India with my email id baruahambarish@gmail.com. my amount got deducted of Rs ****.** (inr).I have mailed twice to Agoda with the email id biz@agoda.com along with my bank statement from where the money got debited. but till now i am not getting any reply from team Agoda. disappointing . kindly confirm the money would be safe and return back to my bank account.
