Agoda - Agoda hotel not booked money deducted

I have been trying to contact Agoda’s customer care via chat bot/call/mail, but couldn’t proceed as they demand booking Id first to initiate the ticket creation, I have no clue whom to contact and where!!

I am really distressed, I was planning my trip to Dharamshala next week from **-** November and I found a great deal on Agoda.I was trying to book the hotel imperial Clark’s inn for * people… Now while booking I used agoda.com website, since this was my first time booking using this site, I wasn’t a member, basically I tried booking a room without creating an account prior, I used paytm and the money got deducted from my account and I did not receive any details, the worst part is I do not have any booking I’d , due which I am not provided any assistance via chat or/mail/call . I am hopeless currently, cause all my friends transferred the amount to me, and our trip will be spoiled If we don’t get a good hotel booked. We cannot proceed with another booking since all our funds are with Agoda, the hotel confirmed that they did not have any rooms in the first place even if they come to us we won’t be able to book a room so I need a refund asap so that we can proceed to make another booking. PLEASE HELP
