I have booked a hotel in Calicut as shown in Agoda for my family. Later i couldnt find the hotel in the mentioned address, could nt reach out to Agoda as they are not reachable . Sent mail also but received no response . I was deceived by taking payment from me showing a non existing hotel and giving no response
