Amazon india - Against fraud services of Amazon

I want to file complaint against Amazon India many time I would the says from Amazon app website but they can't provide on promise time and after payment detection in there soon that we have to your order on the promise time but at time they can't deliver and long getting we should from Amazon it's a wasting of customer time and now I won't come condition from Amazon prime because I'm getting famous for many time this not a first time or if I talking with someone's questions for some then they talk to me swipe your address in ** hours within * hour to hours I will have to wait but till now I am not getting my very disappointed with that type of service I'm using man from * years Amazon but this was a very bad service now I want company of my best of time because they to make me fool every time
