Hi, Due to current lockdown situation in India and most part of the world due to covid -**, I had to cancel my trip to Switzerland in April ****. I would like to raise a complaint of no response from the make my trip team regarding my query of refund of flight tickets with departure date of *th April, expenses booked with PNR nos as below:
*. ZPRONB - passenger name - Manish Agarwal and Nancy Agarwal
*. WQZQGG - passenger name - Bimal Kumar Agarwal and Kabita Agarwal As checked with the airline, the flights and the tickets are already cancelled and airline is ok to refund the full amount and have asked to contact make my trip for refund. In response to that, I have raised several requests through the webform of the mmt but have received no response regarding the refund. I had done hotel booking with make my trip for a hotel located at Interlaken, Switzerland naming Hotel Challet Swiss, with check in date as *th April and checkout date - **th April but have received no response for rescheduling or providing an open ticket after the hotel refused refund. Request you to take it up with make my trip so that I can receive back my hard earned money lost. I am attaching the flight and hotel tickets for your reference
