Act Fiber Net Bangalore - ACT BroadBand having pathetic internet connectivity problems even after thousand s of rupees monthly

I have taken ACT Storm *M +WIFI_FT connection from ACT FiberNet company, Bangalore. My ACT Account number is : ************. I have raised several tickets in ACT's app and over a call on resolving the intermittent internet connection. They have not resolved this. They will visit my place, do speed test and give some vauge answer and leave the place. This has been happening over a period of last several months and i have not seen any improvement. After paying thousand's of fees on a monthly basis, this kind of pathetic connection and service is not expected from ACT. I have missed very crucial customer meetings and in some cases, i had to hire a cab and went to physical office location, as at my home i had bad internent connection. Who will bear the cost and my struggle with ACT?
