Big Basket has barred my account for no reason cancelled my paid order and my wallet has more than **** Rs in Balance. The account is in inactive state for no reason. After asking the customer care they told me you returned two items. But the product itself was damaged so I returned the product in front of delivery boy. I am not expecting such poor service from Big basket
