I have purchased Hitachi *.* Inverter AC from reliance digital Phoenix mall along with * years RCP (provided by reliance req). My AC was having cooling issues so placed a complaint with reliance resq on Feb **, ****. I had to follow up multiple times to get a technician to attend the repair. A technician without diagnosing the problem just filled the gas and left. Within * days AC again having the cooling problem so reported issue again with resq. Once again no one turned up for a long time so after multiple follow-ups with reliance customer support and technician, they came and told gas leakage has to be arrested so the AC indoor and outdoor unit has to be taken to their place to fix the issue. Again after multiple follow-ups technician came and took the AC for service. After a few days, they brought back my AC and fitted it and tested it. He told it was not working and again taken the AC back with him the same day. After this technicians never responded properly. Escalated the issue to cshead.reliance@ril.com. They sent the same reply again and again that "they will look into the issue and get back to me". After a few days, later technician told me they have placed a part request (indoor cooling coil). Then they came up with the reason that my warranty start was updated wrongly in the database which took some time to update. Technicians who took my AC literally stopped responding to my calls. So escalated to bm.bade@ril.com. Initially, they called me and told that the issue would be resolved quickly and later they also responded part request is placed with Hitachi and they are yet to get it. So every time when I sent the mail for ETA they would literally respond the same content again and again which continued more than a month and till today the same. Reliance resq already took *.* months to address my concern and still it's not resolved. I don't have AC with me nor ETA when it will be serviced and fitted. AC technicians providing false promises that it is in testing and they will deliver it today, tomorrow and so on. I am literally fed up with their response. I am requesting them to refund my entire AC cost and the amount paid for * years RCP for their inability to provide service and mental agony, stress and harassment by reliance resq.
