My name is Gaurav and I am resident of North Bangalore, I have a complaint against urban company, I shifted permanently in Bangalore in **** March, I have booked one installation of Split air conditioned at my home through urban company app. Technician came and installed AC at my home, but after some time I felt ac cooling is getting low and suddenly F-* error popped up in the display. Since the ac installation was in under warranty of ** bays from urban company I mediately called them and they have assigned a technician also. When the technician came, he found some leakage in the AC pipe and gas was leaking from there. He said sir since the earlier technician did not check it properly and it’s our fault, we will fill the gas free of cost and they did but again after some time the error popped up now it’s the time when the PCP of my inverter ac got defected due to the negligence of the technician who came from Urban Company. Again, I called them and asked to come and have a look. They said sir your PCP got defected due to the leakage and its totally our fault and we will get it repair at no cost, they took my PCP in the month of OCT ****. But after some time there is no reply from then as they took time of * week. When I called and ask about the status they said sir it’s taking longer time and we are trying to get it repair and if not we will repair it free of cost. Then I tweeted UC regarding the same issue and every time they replied with a standard reply we are working on it and it is taking longer time than usual. It’s been almost * months I am taking follow-up and nothing is happening. Finally, I got call from urban company and said sir your AC PCP cannot be repaired and we are getting it replaced and since it is coming from Chennai it is taking longer time and please have patience. After some time technician came with a new PCP which doesn’t fit in my ac and he called urban company from there in front of me and put the phone on speaker and I was shocked to hear they were saying trying to fit it with OLD PCP for which technician denied as it is not compatible at all. Not it’s been almost a month I am taking follow-up but they are not able to provide me the concrete solution for this. Now they have stopped replying on my tweets also. What to do now? They have my OLD PCP also and my ac is totally waste without that. I am attaching some of the tweets and urban company app pics where they by default add and delete the booking since the app in their control.
