my parents who are almost ** yrs old were supposed to travel by the ac bus to their native place. but the operator refused to provide ac bus even after we showed them that we have booked the ticket through redbus for ac bus. this happened second time and no communication was done regarding change of bus.issue with the same operator pawapuri motors. i booked tickets
for ac bus and i was forced to travel in non ac bus. this is the second
time i am facing the same issue.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
