Dear Sir,
I'm trying for cancellation this package of byjus from march ** but after many tries no one responding Byjus employee and system didn't help me for this after so many arguments i was told by one of them on **/**/** that whatever i paid ***** it will be refund and you will get call from our team Cancellation department not responding after mail i am cheated by them also by your system which not resolved this issue aftet many complaints now they said you will get only ***** rs I hope here I can get resolution of this issue. So please cancel immediately this package and revert my refunds as soon as possible. As you can see in attached images of mail and voice recording I have requested within trial period but this package didn't cancel.
