I am writing to express my disappointment with MakeMyTrip’s (MMT) unacceptable delay in processing my refund. Despite repeated follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved. Below are the details of my case:
- **Booking ID:** NN*A*LEH***********
- **Refund Requested On:** **th October ****
- **Refund Status:** Not Processed
Details of the Issue:
*. I have attached emails from Air India confirming that the refund was processed on **th November **** (Friday). However, MMT has not yet refunded the amount to me, which is now delayed by more than two months.
*. Attached are MMT’s emails dated **th December **** and **st December ****, where they acknowledged receiving the refund and assured it would be processed.
Despite these confirmations, there has been no action on MMT’s part. This delay is causing undue stress and inconvenience. I kindly request immediate clarification on the reason for this delay and a specific timeline for the refund.
If I do not receive a resolution promptly, I will be compelled to explore legal action to recover the amount. I hope MMT will address this matter without further delay to avoid escalation.
