I have purchased Armani watch from Amazon. It was priced at Rs.***** and I have returned it as it had issues. As soon as I returned it, Amazon blocked my account. I have returned the watch. I placed the order on **th Dec **** and returned watch on **th Dec but I did not receive the refund. As my email ID is not registered in my Amazon account, so when I am contacting them on phone they are not helping me. I am mailing them but they are asking me to send email through registered email ID as they are unable to share personal details on unregistered email ID. Altogether its many days now from **th Dec to *th Jan but I have not received refund from Amazon. I have heard about Voxya app. Please help me.
