Budget Air - 100 Refundable Booking now claims 100 nonrefundable

One of the most shady companies to ever buy or get a ticket. Booked a ticket to travel from one city to another where-in the ticket booking clearly mentioned ***% refundable ticket, whereas while I was trying to cancel the ticket, it claims that the ticket was ***% Non-Refundable. There are no escalation mechanisms or public grievance contact forms or any reasonable redressal mechanism to challenge what the guy on the Chat Window says. The only way to reach out to them is through their site's Chat Tool. No matter which BPO it reaches to or whichever Customer Service Agent tries to help you, their team has no transparency on both the ticket Terms & Conditions, that is generated and emailed, nor is it's terms & conditions can ever be trusted with. The ticket booking clearly said "***% refundable booking", but now the Customer Support says that the ticket is completely non-refundable. Turns out, I am about to lose all of my money.

Google a little, and you'd realize there are SO MANY disheartened customers. Apparently, it either takes your credit-card company to help you get your money back, or to just give up large quantum of travel booking money lost.

The Airline and the Travel Agency just play pointing fingers at each other and exhaust the customer who booked via this company. Now neither Scandinavian Airline (SAS), nor Lufthansa Airline allow me to cancel and get a refund on my ticket. They both ask me to get my travel agent to process the cancellation, while Budget Air claims the ticket is non-refundable with no absolute clarity on how their "***% Refundable" part of the ticket became non-refundable.
