After updating software * to * months back Camera *.* X not working properly having focus issues and pictures comes hassy( in same mode close up photos come properly and after zooming to *.*x photos come properly)made * to * complaints to customers care no. They told me to wait for updates two update came but still facing same problem yesterday they told me to visit Service center I visited today they flush software and installed new but camera having same issues now they are saying it's hardware issue need to replace camera. In my opinion it's a software issue only I checked on Google many people are facing same problem after software update. Please let me know what to do.
PS: have made many complaints to customers care phone no and email but not got satisfied response so I am writing to you.
