I ordered playstation * on **th jan around **pm the money got deducted I got an email confirming my order status showed confirmed the next day I did not receive any message or mail I checked the app it was showing order cancelled . I called them to ask what went wrong apprently they did not have enough units then how did the transaction even took place **k from a lot of people is a big amount Now i have to wait maybe * to ** days for refund .Its so wrong exploiting customers.
