Symphony air cooler - no service support and customer support

Never buy any Symphony coolers. *-* months it will work and then will go start giving issues
Their customer support never connects and if it connects you are lucky. On raising complaint the issues are never resolved nor the technician visits
The technician numbers given doesnt work, or they wont answer
my Symphony Diet ** cooler is under repair from past * months and keep on raising complaints but no one visited or repaired. Customer care keeps telling that it is escalated
Sometimes they close the ticket saying spare part not available and then I have to raise another ticket.
Hopeless product and hopeless service
