Hello Sir/Madam,
I have bought a TV (Mi *A Horizon Edition **cm (** Inch) HD Ready LED Smart Android TV) from Flipkart with Jeeves Complete Protection Plan for * years. After * year I am facing sound problem in TV. I reported the issue to Jeeves customer care on ** Aug **** and Jeeves has said that the issues will be resolved within ** days. I was following with them and every day they say same thing like we are sorry and it will be resolved in ** days.
Today it has been Approx. ** days since I complained but till now the problem is not resolved. When I called again today, he said your part of product has been ordered from us on *th August and accordingly you wait till tomorrow, it will get resolved.
Therefore, I request you that strict action should be taken against concern team. Because if the company is defamed due to some employee, then that employee and that department have no right to work.
I have seen online very poor feedback/review agains this company. So, kindly help me.
