I received the wrong product, and I immediately contacted your customer service to request a refund. However, it has been [more than a month ] since my initial complaint, and I have not received any proper response or resolution. This level of service is unacceptable and has caused me significant inconvenience.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
