Samsung - Hang Issue

The phone hangs while answering the call and also the phone initially had charging and heating up issues. The cx support team insisted that they will get it repaired but even after giving it to servicing the phone still hangs while answering the calls. Sent the same screenshots to the Samsung team mentioning that the issue is not fixed even after servicing and hence i want the the cancellation of the product as the product purchased is only *-* months old and which is under warranty but they have sent an email that refund or replacement of the phone is not possible. I do not understand what kind of pathetic customer support is this where they can neither fix my issue not give me refund of my hard earned money. I want my product money to be refunded
