Dear Voxya Team,
I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a significantly delayed bus journey I experienced with VRL Travels on **-June-****, from Belgaum to Hyderabad. Despite the scheduled arrival time of *:** AM in Hyderabad, the actual arrival time was **:** PM, resulting in a delay of approximately * hours and ** minutes.
This delay had a severe impact on my professional commitments as I was unable to reach my office on time and could only work for half a day. Attached is a photo of the metro station clock showing the late arrival time, which illustrates the extent of the delay and its consequences on my workday.
Evidence Provided:

Bus ticket with details of the journey (Bus Number MH**VT****, Ticket Number *********).
Impact:
The delayed arrival caused me significant inconvenience and loss of productive work hours, directly affecting my professional responsibilities. Despite being a loyal customer of VRL Travels, this experience has been highly unsatisfactory, and I believe it warrants appropriate compensation and measures to prevent such occurrences in the future.
