- Zomato did not give discount even after showing discount on mobile app Open
Please refer the complaint #**********, I have already shared screenshot of the concern mentioning that the app didn't accept the promo code and showed 'no coupon codes required' for discount. After order and regular follow ups I am not getting any help.
Zomato chat support is very disappointing and by far so is email support.
I'm expecting fair case study from your end because the app clearly mentioned 'no coupon codes required' even after trying for discount code.
