Zomato - Missing Item

I Opened Zomato App To Order Order. I've been offer Food Rescue Discount By Zomato In Which They Gave Discount On Food Order Which is cancelled by other at lower prices so i grabbed the offer. In that order there was * Royale Paneer Wrap By Burger King For Rs***.** after food rescue discount before its was something ***.** Then After ** min Delivery Guy arrived at My University's Main Gate Not In My Hostel He told me that they're not giving him entry to campus so I've to come to main gate then I arrived to main gate to get my order i didn't see the package at that time tried to talk to me so that i lose my focus from package and the time was around * am to there was dark and i can't see the package but when I arrived in my hostel then i see the package was torn apart and * Royale Paneer Wrap was missing i immediately tried to call delivery partner but he didn't answer the call and i immediately click photos and make a video of it and complaint to zomato but they are refusing to give refund for the missing item now after * days they are not even replying to my mail now i want complete refund
