**nd September **** I ordered kunafa chocolate cake from Zomato outlet name came ribbon and balloons before ordering I typed the delivery address selected that same address for location as well virar west order place from grant road basically my order should picked by zomato team should have diverted that order to virar outlet delivery boy they do not read address assigned blindly accepted my order later I connected outlet person I confirm address said grant road outlet I told him clearly not to prepare food later I was waiting for delivery person chat support I kept on cancelling my order which was showing zero refund I connected to delivery person Israr I explain the issue he understood he said he will cancel order and I will get my refund later I got call from zomato customer support who said we cannot order ** km above we are cancelling your order and charges will be levied no refund.
I said it's completely fraud I'm not receiving my order still you are charging me where I called outlet person not to prepare food and delivery guy I stopped immediately there is no charges got involved.Still zomato cheater didn't listen and did not refund my money.Zomato fraud company.
