Rannaghar Kitchen filed complaint against Zomato on Mar 4, 2020
For three months now our restaurant has been facing auto cancellation of orders on the Zomato platform with no reliable communication from the Zomato support team. The message sent to the customers is that the restaurant is at fault. We are losing customers due to this and Zomato is charging a cancellation fee for these orders from the restaurant. There is no clear escalation matrix in this company and we want to take legal action against this fraudulent practice and non responsiveness to merchants after collecting a hefty commission on every order.
