I bought a wifi router from YOU broadband and they promised that the entire fee of Rs **** paid would be refunded when I return the router after disconnection of service. Further, they stated that refund would be issued ** days after receipt of router.
Router was returned in Nov **** and YOU broadband acknowledged return of the router. But, I never received the money back as I was promised. Calls to their call center confirm the return of router and they state that refund is in process. It has been more than * months since they have been saying this...
